These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arvada Pro Plumbing's website and plumbing services. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Arvada Pro Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Arvada, Colorado, and surrounding communities. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • 24/7 emergency plumbing response
  • Drain cleaning and sewer line repair
  • Hydro jetting and camera inspection
  • Water heater repair, installation, and tankless service
  • Leak detection, pipe repair, and whole-house repiping
  • Toilet, faucet, and fixture work
  • Gas line repair and installation
  • Sump pump services
  • Commercial plumbing maintenance

2. Quotes and pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Estimates provided before work begins are based on the information available at the time. Material price changes, unforeseen conditions, or additional scope discovered during service may affect the final invoice; we will communicate any change before proceeding.

After-hours and emergency rates are higher than scheduled appointments and are disclosed before dispatch.

3. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the time of service. We accept common payment methods. Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate allowed by Colorado law.

4. Scheduling and cancellation

Non-emergency cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Same-day cancellations on confirmed appointments may be subject to a trip fee covering dispatched time.

5. Workmanship

We perform our work in a professional, code-conscious manner. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us promptly so we can address the issue. We honor manufacturer warranties on parts and provide workmanship warranties as detailed at the time of service.

6. Permits and inspections

For work that requires a permit under Colorado or local code, we pull the permit and coordinate inspection as part of the job. The cost of permits is included in your estimate.

7. Customer responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about the issue and the property
  • Give safe and timely access to the work area
  • Disclose known hazards (lead paint, asbestos, structural issues) before work begins
  • Pay invoices according to agreed terms

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Colorado law, Arvada Pro Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid for the work giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects unknown at the time of service, or damage caused by force majeure events.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Arvada Pro Plumbing or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jefferson County, Colorado.
